Fall during pregnancy

So on Sunday I had a seizure first time during this pregnancy and I went to the hospital they checked me but not baby I’m 8 weeks so the next day I went to my ob because he wanted to see me after that had happened and again he didn’t check baby but my back and sides have been hurting ever since that happened and it feels like cramps. He said I was ok I probably hurt myself when I fell off my bed but idk what to do it’s so uncomfortable.
