So I’ve been breastfeeding for 8 months now and my left breast hurts so much this happened two weeks ago and now it happened again 😢 Last time I had chills and felt sick for three days what do you guys think it is?

I have a doctors appointment next friday and a gynecologist appointment on the 16th im definitely telling them both about this.

The clogged duct and mastitis can go hand in hand.  You can try some heat over the area, even letting hot water run over it in the shower, and pump/nurse it out to try and get ahead of the mastitis.  It’s so miserable once the chills/fever hit😣

Keeping nursing mama! Nurse and/or pump to keep the milk flowing and it should resolve itself. Like the other commenter said, a hot shower or compress will help too. Be well
