Need a little help 😅 mucus plug ? Bloody show ?

Im not too sure if this is my mucus plug being released or not…. Im a first time mom and i have not called my ob to say anything yet ( i see him this friday ) because i dont want to go to the hospital for no reason and get sent right back home . Ive been cramping in my lower abdomen im guessing its contractions because i have to hold my breathe when they come but they are kind of irregular i mostly have them in the morning and throughout the day also my little one has been putting an INSANE amount of pressure on my cervix/pelvic area and my rectum and i get lower back pains / cramps like theres no tomorrow any advice ? And how long after losing the mucus plug do you go into labor , and is this my mucus plug or something else ? Its also appearing in my undies . Am i going into labor soon? My mother says she gives it 2-4 days 🤣
