Good morning ladies a little help

So this past weekend I went in to er for spotting really really little and it was like brown looking old blood. It was very little but due to previous miscarriages I of course panic. So they did an ultrasound my love bug was good his heart was 164. Dr checked me down there said he could see old looking brown blood. That everything was ok. To just rest and no sex . Well since I've stopped spotting and yesterday my regular OB ordered me a HCG and just got the results. I am 98,739. Shouldn't I be higher? Last one I had was on the 12th it was 30,103. Now of course my panic ass is paranoid AGAIN... HELP!
