Pubic bone burning ?

I've went for a walk this morning and my pubic bone has burned so bad since this morning every time I walk  it hurts and it's tight and burning sharp type pain .. anyone know what this is ?

It’s symphysis pubic disorder, your body has relaxes too much and the front part of your pelvis is a little too wide. Avoid opening your legs wide and anything that aggravated for you. You can also put a small ball or towel between your knees and squeeze it can bring some relief but may hurt. Sleep with a pillow between your legs, really avoid opening your legs wider than your shoulders, try not to lunge or do anything on one side that can move your pelvis at different levels.

Get in touch with a physiotherapist, mine for ny last pregnancy didnt geg better and this time round ive been doing physio since week 19 to prevent the pain. 
I am looking forward to post pregnancy to fix it and not have to deal with it ever again!!
