Painful sex postpartum

I’m 9 months postpartum next week and sex is still so painful. It’s so tight and it takes like 10 minutes to even get it in and then it’s just uncomfortable. I can’t enjoy it. I am pregnant again (accident) not sure if that effects it hurt I’m guessing it’s more related to my birth. I just feel like it should be better, it didn’t even hurt this bad when I lost my virginity! I know their is a specialist you can see but I can’t remember what they are called… help 😅
