Exercise post c section
I’m four weeks exactly postpartum (I had a csection) and I haven’t been in any pain for the last two weeks, my incision isn’t sore and it’s closed, I’m no longer bleeding and I feel very normal. Is it okay to start low impact exercises such as yoga, walking/jogging ? My postpartum appointment isn’t for another three weeks and I really want to get back to exercising
