TMI just saw the baby now this

So I literally just saw the baby today about 2 Hrs ago and the baby was moving like crazy. I had spotting and mentioned it to my Dr and she said as long as there wasn't more not to worry. So when I got home I went pee and wiped and this was there should I worry?

FYI I was on progesterone suppositories and ran out 2 days ago now I'm spotting. Just got my refill today.
