Not sleeping 😳 it's past midnight and I can't seem to fall asleep despite the past hour laying in bed. Anyone else have insomnia these past few weeks?

Gah I'm so tired but can't seem to fall asleep, I have terrible acid reflux when I lay down that doesn't help. Currently laying on the couch propped up..... Maybe I'll sleep after this post 😩

Omg I have to stop liquids at 5 pm to go to bed at 9 and not pee EVERY HOUR.  I constantly wake up at 3-4 am now and just lay there. Can’t go back to sleep at all.

This has been happening to me a lot lately.
I've realized that if I don't eat or drink anything but water after 6 pm, I don't get the avid reflux.
If I do, I wake up choking on stomach acid/vomit.

i have to constantly eat throughout the night to prevent acid reflux. I know everyone says to not eat and that that helps... but my body apparently does the opposite. just know that when you're awake...im also awake in the kitchen 😂
