Mucus plug?
When I peed this morning, I noticed slightly almost invisible blood tinged mucus. I did the Miles Circuit around 12pm. I actually napped during the first 2 exercises. I peed around 3pm and noticed this. Could this be my mucus plug? I had my appointment earlier at 8:30 but doctor didn’t even bother to check for dilation/effacement. She just asked me to have plenty of sex. Hubbs and I are not comfortable with that though 😁
