positive hpt but neg blood 2x

Has this ever happened to any of you girls? I got my blood work done two times at my reproductive office and one time at an outside lab. The same day I get negative bloodwork I am still getting positive test at home . I only started testing four days ago so my test or not that dark being I am just missing my period now. I got multiple faint lines on multiple brands as well as two positive digitals and two negative digitals I am still getting a faint line as of this morning . My test stayed the same for two days but is not getting lighter. Doctor told me to stop my progesterone so I can induce a. But why am I still getting positives at home?
