We told my parents the same day we found out, we were too excited not too and they’d been through so many IVF cycles with us already it was nice to finally have good news to share. I’m hoping to tell my sisters after our early scan 7/8 weeks, and then everyone else after first trimester 🤞🏻

We are telling parents & my 2 closest friends who all knew our FET date this week (got 2nd positive beta on Tues). We will probably tell other close friends and family around 8-9 weeks mainly because we will be at events in person with them and they might notice me not drinking/when you only see family once a year it’s nice to share that news in person!

I’ve been very open with friends and family about going through IVF, so it also has made sense for me to share what’s happening along the way. They’ve known my transfer dates so I also updated them on pregnancy tests. I shared publicly around 14 weeks with my son.

With both my IVF babies Immediate family knew within the week of finding out. Everyone else at 12 weeks with my first & 20+ weeks with this one. I was just nervous that I wouldn’t be so lucky the second time around.
