Single mother needing a job

Any suggestions for jobs I can do as a single mother? Maybe work from hike? I’m 25 and I have serving, veterinary assistant and sales experience. I need a career with benefits and a good enough pay to take care of myself and my child. This seems impossible and I feel so discouraged at the moment.
