Nipples are sore?

I'm 14 and I wear a 36B. I have eczema, which is a common thing.. I don't know why my boobs/nipples are sore when my period isn't for another 2 or 3 weeks?

It's not uncommon. You're still growing, too, which accounts for some of the soreness. When I was 14 I went up a full cup size over summer break and my boobs were sore all the time. Make sure also that your bra fits properly, as that can cause pain.

I have super sensitive skin and I have to keep lotion on my nipples so they don't get chapped.
