Depo shot reviews

Anyone been on Depo shot and loved it? Also does it really cause permanent infertility like everyone is saying. I already have two kids and I did the depo when I was younger and it cleared up my skin and took my periods away completely and that’s the energy I’m trying to get on with my mood swings. I’m not sure if I want a 3rd that’s why I’m not getting my tubes tied or anything but need a good bc to help with my serious period symptoms!
