Prenatal routine visits

Does anyone know what the OB gyn needs to test for or the exams, labs, etc that they need to run? This is my first pregnancy and I feel like my doctor is just pushing me around and not doing the exams, tests, labs he should or even telling me what I’m supposed to expect. I’m 22 weeks and I’ve never had them examine my breasts which apparently is something they should do but I’m not sure at what stage. I found out 3 weeks ago I have placenta previa but he refused to go into detail until I’m 24 weeks to see if it moved. This didn’t seem unreasonable but I fainted in the streets today and they couldn’t tell me why, my hydration and food intake have been good. Magically on my way out of the emergency room they just popped in like nothing to tell me my iron was really low and I may be anemic or I am anemic. This wasn’t the case before. I just want to know what is the routine care they’re supposed to give you, I don’t know if I’m being unreasonable but today was the last straw.
