J&J vaccine side effects

I’m trying to decide if I’m being dramatic or not. I got the vaccine about 24 hours ago and I’m tempted to go to the ER. That’s how bad I feel. my back and hips have not hurt this bad since I was in labor. I have a 102 degree fever and feel so weak I can barely move. Ive barely sleeps and spent most of the night rolling around in pain. Everyone I know personally said all they experienced was a sore arm. I’ve taken Tylenol and it’s not even touching the pain. Has any one else had a reaction like this?
