To douche or not to douche???

Question

I hear so many women that swear by douching and an equal amount that are against it. I tried it once and I got my first yeast infection so never again! But I know it works great for others!

I've been told by my gyno that douching isn't good for you. I never did it anyways - she just brought it up when covering vaginal health. I trust a doctor over random people :/

My doctor is definitely anti-douche!!! She and several others have always told me No, No, No!!! I did it once and I will never again do it!

I don't have issues with down there. It never smells bad or gets itchy or anything. I don't douch, just wash my whole body with mild soap and water. If you leave things as natural as possible, then you shouldn't need to? Or is this a big issue for women that I am just lucky doesn't affect me.

That's so bad ! That gets rid of the ph balance gets rid of the bacteria you need. Than can cause vaginal infections. Same with them other summereve stuff i know others think diff this is my point of view
