FET tomorrow! Question on hcg

I have my FET tomorrow on a pgs normal 5 day embryo. I have to also take a shot of gonasi 5000 tomorrow evening too. Does that mean I will need to wait the full 14 days before testing? I have seen people testing from 5 days onwards
