Covid Positive

Any other August 2020 babies have Covid yet? My son tested positive 4 days ago. He got it from my fully vaccinated mother who was asymptomatic. My husband and I are vaccinated as well and currently negative. Just wanting to hear how it has done other babies his age. I’ve cried and feel so guilty. So far his only symptoms is drainage, a cough and loss of appetite. His doctor said to not wean until he’s completely over Covid and he’s still taking 3-5 bottles a day, but is refusing all table food. How long did symptoms and stuff last for other babies?
