IVF at 24
I have 2 kiddos from my 1st marriage. They’re 6 and 4. I got remarried and we’ve been together almost 3 years now. I’ve been off birth control (Nexplanon) since August 2019. Me and my partner have been trying for our own biological child for the last year and a half. We’ve had miscarriages, chemical pregnancies, just a lot of heart break. I’m 24 and he’s 26. Went to my OBGYN to find out I have like 2 symptoms of PCOS. I’m just not ovulating at all even though my period is like clockwork every 28-29 cycle day. I’ve lost 15lbs, I started eating healthier options and Less portions. I stopped smoking, I started doing yoga. I thought maybe Id get pregnant naturally. But to no avail still no baby. So me and my partner are now looking into fertility specialists. What’s your take on IVF? me and my partner are blessed to have the funds to actually go to the specialist which not everyone does. But am I too young? Are they going to call me crazy? I just want some kind of insight on what I’m looking at, fertility treatments wise and IVF etc.
