I’m gonna check my watch whenever the heck I want and nobody gets to tell me when it’s “inappropriate” to do so. Half the time, it’s not even a conscious thing but a general habit to check my watch.

I check the time pretty regularly. That doesn’t mean I’m not invested in what’s going on around me. It’s comforting. Why are people acting like he was playing Tetris on his phone?

Checking time is fine, but not during a dignified transfer when your the president of the US and your decisions ultimately led to why there’s a dignified transfer in the first place. Just my opinion, though.

Why is knowing the time a big deal? I check my watch because I like to know what time it is. Doesn’t go deeper than that.
