Advice really needed pregnancy after miscarriage

I had a missed miscarriage at 10weeks but baby stopped growing at 6wks 1day on the 7th Aug, my bleeding stopped on the 15th Aug doctors wouldn’t do bloods just told me test after 2/3 weeks. Which I did with a digital and cheapie on the 25th aug, both digital was negative and cheapie had barley even a line I have attached it in the photos. I had sex on the 27th and 29th aug. I have been really tired last couple days and still no sign of af which I expected I know it can take at least 4 weeks for af to come back. I tested this morning just to see and I’m no more confused as there is def a vfl and it has color just looking for advice if anyone has been through the same thing. I also added today test
