Morning sickness remedies?

Question

Guys spam me with things that helped you with morning sickness that doesn't include medication. 
I'm currently trying to eat little and often, ginger biscuits, anti sickness travel bands - none of which is helping. 
I'm really struggling with this and have a 2 year old to run around after and a job. I can't take anti emetics (antisickness) due to a reaction in the past so I'm limited on what I can do.

Smelling alcohol helped me sometimes. I would carry alcohol pads in my purse all the time, I would smell it when I would start feeling nauseous. Ginger also helped when I would smell it or drink ginger ale. Best of luck mama it really does sick to feel this way. Was bad for my other 2 pregnancies, Im barely 5 weeks with this one, I hope I dont get it bad.

What worked for me was firs g thing in the morning eating something high fat. For me butter and tortillas, peanut butter on toast. Not letting myself get hungry throughout the day.

I’d really recommend half a unisom at night and vitamin b6, you can buy it OTC

With my daughter really cold lemonade helped, I also took candied ginger chews that worked a little.
With my son I ended up taking half a gravol at night and that took the edge off.
