Tingling...

Hi everyone, so I have been posting on here a lot the past few days, some have commented and on some I've had nothing back, but I'm just wondering if anyone has had this feeling, I'm currently tracking my bbt as well as my opks and I ovulated on cd20 and I had an implantation dip at about 9dpo, now today I've had very very light spotting but it's been brown and only when I wipe, it's not even everytime I do that, I'm not cramping, but I keep feeling a weird tingling feeling on my right side and what feels like a stitch but not painful, also the tingling goes all round the uterus area, I've taken hcg tests but I feel I'm too early for anything to show yet as I'm 11dpo, please if anyone has had this feeling and had a bfp please help so I know I'm not going mad, I'll put on my bbt chart too so you can see what I mean.
