Symptoms gone 6w3d

So I’ve experienced loss in the past and I’m a little nervous. All of my symptoms have pretty much vanished. My boobs are a tiny bit sore but that’s it.

When I was pregnant with my son, I remember being sick at this point in the pregnancy. I’m worried that something is wrong, and I won’t get an ultrasound for another 10 days. Does anyone else have no symptoms right now?
