Myo-Inositol
Hi everyone. I started taking Myo-Inositol about 4 weeks ago mid cycle. My periods are regular (30 day cycle). I read it could be good for fertility and mental health. My period is now 5 days late (I’m not pregnant. Checked several times) which never happens, and my nipples are extremely sore. Has anyone experiences late periods on Myo-Inositol?
