Hey girls, so since yesterday my left ovary has been hurting really bad. I do have a 7mm cyst, and another small one, on that ovary as of last year, maybe longer. (I didn't get checked until last year when I started a new job where I was able to get health insurance, and I have been diagnosed with PCOS. )

My period is supposed to start in the next few days, so I'm not sure.if it's because of that. I am on the pill, and I don't take the placebo pills when it's time for my "period".

I guess I just want to get some thoughts of why does it hurt so much, and what I can do?

**I'm not sure if this is relevant, but for the past 2 months, I didn't really have a period. Just spotting and that was it.**
