My husband haves low sperm count he’s doctor put him on Clomiphene 50Mg and testosterone injections I was wondering if anyone is husband/boyfriend ever was on these medication and it helped

My husband hadn’t been exercising much when we found he had low a sperm count. He started exercising again and I’m not sure if it improved as we didn’t retest but we got pregnant the next cycle. He also stopped drinking and took menevit. He wasn’t prescribed anything.

Didn’t go on those. 
My partner had a count of 4.5 mil and then after we tried some tablets it got to 6 mil (15 being normal). 
I had him taking CoCQ10 300mg and 1000mg of vitamin C which had that jump to 6 mil. 
Then I switched him onto a pill from Fertility family called Impryl. He took that, Vitamin D and fenugreek. 
(He stopped the vitamin C and CQ10 because they countered what the impryl did
Anyway I got pregnant again after 17 months so one of his sperms got through, a month before we were meant to have IVF. 
Maybe see if you can add those pills to his day too.
