OPK strips
Curious when others take their opk strips? I’ve read to not use the first urine of the day and then I have ready to use the first urine of the day. I read to take the strip after 12 but before 8, but I also read to take it when you first wakeup. I bought a box of opk and pregnancy strips off of Amazon but it doesn’t have any specific directions regarding what I mentioned so I’m just curious what seems to work best for everyone. Thank you! 🤗
