Cycle confusion. advice.? help

I had a normal cycle minus miscarriages, it’s never taken me this long to snap back to a normal cycle. i have had 4 miscarriages and we are trying to conceive again. Fertility clinic gave us 3 months to try to get pregnant naturally but i went from having a 31 day cycle to this. my last miscarriage was may 12th. but i started bleeding on the 6th therefore those cycles are crazy. how do i try to get pregnant when my cycle is so off. do i drop my predicted to 29 days. i do ovulation tests however they went from super negative to super positive overnight last cycle. I was supposed to ovulate on the 31st and ovulated on the 25th last cycle. there for the 25 day cycle instead of the 31 day cycle. i’m so confused on what’s going on anymore. do i just baby dance every other day from period on to insure i’m covered?
