Hi ladies

I haven’t had my period in over 5 months due to PCOS high insulin resistance and testosterone. I was prescribed primolut n to get my period and 3 days after stopping she is finally here! However it isn’t as heavy as I expected it to be. It is quite light at this stage, will it get heavier? And should I count this as period day 1?

TTC as well so please let me know any tips, I’ll be testing ovulation once this is over and hopefully start the process from there. I’ve been told I shouldn’t count this first cycle in? Not too sure where to go from here xx
