Itching before period

Anybody else feel like things are crawling on them right before your period and during?…. This is the second time it’s happened to me I don’t understand. I’m about to start my period and I just feel like things are crawling on me especially on my face. Last period I got a lot of of bumps/pimples on my face and they were a little itchy. I’ve mentioned it to my ob but she says that has nothing to do with menstrual cycle but it only happens around this time ?
