Lumpy vein?!

I have a “good” vein on my right arm that phlebotomists always take blood out of lol. So apparently it’s a big one. Well I never pay much attention to my veins. Tonight after I showered I noticed in that fold of my arm where they usually draw blood from, had a pea size lump. I’ve not had a blood draw in 2 weeks so it can’t be from that. Anyway, said lump is now gone after 30mins. What was that?! I’ve been freaked out. Do veins just get inflamed and go down?!
