I started my period today when do I start tracking ovulation do I start after my period or have I already missed my peak before my period started WHEN DOES OVULATION OCCUR!!!🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Start using opks 3 days after the end of ur period.

It’s all depends are your periods regular? Because if so most people ovulate I believe 10-14 days after their period. So that’s when you can start tracking ovulation. But if periods are irregular than I would just start testing randomly. My periods are irregular and I tested 10 days after period and my ovulation strip wasn’t positive but it got darker each day.
