Im irregular on AF, my last AF started 10/29, havent had one since & according to glow i was to start yesterday. What are my chances of actually being pregnant now?

Hard to say if you don't track ovulation, especially since your cycle is already irregular. Glow is only a guesstimate. I would say you have the same 15-25% chance every other woman has, if you've done everything right. A test will tell you for sure. Good luck.

Same boat over here! All my tests are negative !!! I don't even know what's going on but I don't have any pregnancy symptoms either

The last time I got my period was on 10/31 and my period tracker says I'm 12 days late and I been feeling nauseous sleep and dizzy

I wouldn't just to being pregnant unless you know it's a strong possibility. I didn't start my period until May this year from 2014 my last period was in November .
