Anyone else find these early days so nerve wracking?

I’m only 11dpo, got bfp yesterday morning. And I feel like I’m about to start my period! Every time I go to the toilet I’m checking I’m not bleeding. I know mild cramping etc is totally normal but that doesn’t help, esp when tests r so light as I’m so early (I also know that doesn’t mean anything lol). Think I’m just a worrier

I'm exactly the same keep cramping and although this is not my first so I know it's normal I can't help but keep going toilet to check I'm not bleeding. 🤞 For a healthy pregnancy for us all
