Waking up or active sleep?
My 2mo old sleeps great at night, 5-6 hour stretches. He is very noisy and loud, I've recently learned this is normal and called active sleep but that has me wondering if im waking him in the middle of the night for a bottle and diaper change? How do I I know if he's waking and ready for a bottle or just stirring? How long do I wait to see if he settles before picking him up?
