Feeling defeated

We have been trying the last 6 months ttc and still no luck. I was really hopeful this month as when af arrived I honestly wanted to cry. My friends and family don't understand and hearing I'm young and it will happen when the time is right doesn't lessen the blow that I feel there is something wrong with me. I have given up all my medications except one migraine medication and that is being watched closely by my OB and neurologist. I'm just feeling defeated this morning. I have been with my husband for 4 years and still nothing off medications and actively every day trying and I'm breaking down.... sorry I just needed to vent for a second
