What should I do about this car situation?

Parker

I brought a car from a dealer in dc and let me tell u it has not been a good experience.

I brought the car on Saturday but didn’t realize that the vin number on the title didn’t match up with the vin number on the bill of sale. The next day I went back and brought it to the attention. They immediately called the owner and the owner aside he would be there in 45 min so I decided to wait. This dude didn’t show up until 5 hours later! So when he finally gets there he gives me the right title and I go to the title and tag company and get the registration and tags for the car. When I brought the I knew that the only thing wrong with the car was the fuel gauge and center console needed to be replaced which the dealer had agreed to fix which we have in writing (I had a pre-purchase inspection done on the car by our mechanic).

So by this time I needed to go home (I live about 1hour and 15 minutes away from the dealership with dc traffic). The next day I show up with the car to get it fixed I waited 5 hours AGAIN just for them to tell me that they haven’t even started on the car. Mind you they told me to come that morning and I was the first one there. So I told them look I have to pick up my kid I live about an hour away I need you all to get this done. The owner told me to come back tomorrow (which is today) and I will give you a car to drive home.

So they give me a car and this car has a flat tire so I had to wait another 15 min im hungry and exhausted from the heat kind you im 7 months pregnant and the owner did not care one but he even joked around about me continuously coming to the shop (his employees were really nice and tried to help me out as much as they could). But fast forward they fixed the “rental car” when I get in the “rental car” I realized there was an open bottle on the floor and an open beer bottle in the arm rest wtfffff!??? Today I give the owner a call and I ask him what’s the status on my car and he says welll im still working on the other cars we haven’t gotten a chance to work on your car the car will be ready tomorrow at 1 (sooo I’ll def be stuck in traffic coming home).

At this point, what should I do I’m really annoyed and don’t want to deal with this company anymore but I’ve already spent the $500 on the registration tags etc. I will be writing a review on this company once I get my car back.
