Does the iPhone remember apps you’ve had previously ?

For example if I downaloded an app and deleted it would my iPhone know I previously downloaded and it will let me install instead of pressing “get”
*I got a new phone but it’s saying I already downloaded apps*

There will be a little cloud with an arrow on the app if it’s been downloaded before like I’ve had Twitter but deleted it. Never had the app below it.

If u used the same iCloud to log in on the new iPhone it will remember ur apps… there for u would half to make a whole new iCloud for the phone not to remember the apps

You can hide an app you downloaded. When looking on your download list swipe it the way you would if you’re deleting a text or something
