Is it normal??

Is it normal to pass a very very small blood tissue type clot?? This morning I went to the bathroom and when I wiped, there was a small red blood clot or tissue of some sort. It was about a centimeter...really tiny. And after I stuck my finger up to check if there were more and there wasn't. What could it be?? I haven't had sex recently. Also I'm 17 weeks
