You don’t need to pull it back to clean it until they can do it themselves, just wipe it like a finger until then

My intact son is cleaned on the outside only. Wipe like a finger. Base to tip only. No retraction at all per his doctor. Only person to ever rinse under the foreskin will be my son. Once he learns to retract himself during normal self discovery. Should never be force retracted. They told me all the info I need for my son and his care can be found at yourwholebaby.org.

That is their job when they discover they can pull it back themselves. While it is still fused it is self cleaning, it has a natural protection and warm baths help keep it clean. I’m glad you found a pediatrician who knows proper intact care, I’ve been searching around for a while!
