How much is too much sex??

So I've read some things that say to BD everyday of your fertile week and others have said every second day. My boyfriend and I have been BD twice a day,everyday. Will doing  this decrease sperm quality like some say or is it something I don't need to worry about?

If you do it every 24 hours, you'll be ok - for example, every night at 8pm. But if your doing it everyday a couple times a day then it's not good.

You can also have sex a couple days before ovulation as well so the Soren are waiting for the egg (as Sperm lasts 7 days in your body) :) and then have sex on ovulation days too!
