My SO rented from am apartment chain when he was a teenager, 5 or so years ago. He ended up fucking up his lease (not paying, damaging his living space) stupid I know but since then he’s cleaned his shit up. My question is will it show? We’re currently trying to get an apartment because we’re selling our house but can’t buy in this market for a year. 90% of the apartments are run by the same chain but have different management. When we checked his credit to pay off all of his debts 3 years ago, the apartment did not show up as being unpaid or even mentioned.
