Hello ladies just tryint to things organized

I’m going to have my baby girl in the month of January and I was thinking how long did it take you to start back working ? Who did you get to watch you baby ? Because I’m thinking about asking my mom to watch her if she not working or find a babysitter n just have a morning to even job because my husband don’t have a set schedule just need some opinions
