Hi! My baby is almost 9 weeks old and is getting full feeds (EBF) during the day.

He is sleeping less at Naptime now...only around 30-45 mins each time.

I feed on demand as well

He only sleeps around 3/3.5 hours at a time.

His bed time is 10pm and he is up or only has a couple cat naps between 6-9pm.

He usually sleeps 10pm-1/2am and then 3-530/6am.

His feeding in the middle of the night is usually 15 mins long (around 2am)

How can I get him to stretch a little longer sleep time in the middle of the night?
