House questions

Has anyone used FHA for first time home. I’m gonna be a single mom so I need my own place and I’m looking for a job they said I need at least one month of check stubs and two months of bank statements. I have my bank I just need to wait a month to get the check stubs once I start working. Will all the downpayment be covered or do I pay something too. Also any other advice for me for buying a house. I have a two year old and am 3 months pregnant.. thank you all for any advice. 🙏🏻.

Also my credit is 630 on credit karma but on Experian it’s 550.. they said I need at least 620 but which one do they check.? And how can I raise it up.??? Thank you.! I’m super stressed but determined.

If I want to move to my own place ASAP would I be better off at a apartment first and then save up for the house.? Because if they ask for downpayment I have nothing right now 😭
