Can’t feel baby

Since around 18 weeks I started feeling my baby kick inside but haven’t felt anything with my hand. The last week or so I stopped feeling everything and now I’m worried. I’m currently 22w5d and don’t feel pregnant anymore. I know I have an anterior placenta and wonder if maybe she just moved and now kicking that instead making it harder to feel. I have a doctors appointment next week but not sure if I should wait. Any suggestions? This is my first.
