I’m 20 weeks pregnant. I’m CONSTANTLY sneezing and my nose is so stuffy, is this related to pregnancy?

When I was pregnant I sneezed every single day and now my daughter and I both sneeze a lot during the day🤣

Pregnancy congestion is super normal! Saline sprays are safe during pregnancy and can help a lot! When I’m congested I’ll use it 2-3 times a day and it seems to help!

I’m 18 weeks and my seasonal allergies have been so bad I can’t breathe during the night 😩 with both my pregnancies I’ve had really stuffy/swollen nose each time. Apparently it’s because the tissue in the nose is delicate and blood flow is increased, which can cause swelling and bleeding sometimes
